MS Dynamics GP Support Consultant – Job 2550

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Contract Term: 179 days

Scope of Services and Deliverables

You will provide expert level operational support and troubleshooting using the MS Dynamics GP 2016 Financial system and the Quadrant Workforce HRIS application, managing operational support issues, payroll processing troubleshooting, meeting committed service levels and client expectations.

  1. Proactively manage support issues, service levels and client expectations
  2. Provide expert level support with inventory, costing, requisitions purchasing procedures, resident management procedures including billing, bed/room configurations, payroll processing and legislative adherence;
  3. Document, track and manage application defects including impact assessments of complex issues;
  4. Develop documentation, monitor, communicate and escalate issues/risks as required;
  5. Provide clients with support for issue investigation troubleshooting and resolution;
  6. Provide expert functional knowledge in evaluating and testing defect fixes, service packs and upgrades;
  7. Provide solution report modifications to satisfy sector or organization specific requirements;
  8. Assist clients in understanding OHRS submission procedures, practices, accounting and use of application software;
  9. Provide customer focused expert level assistance with MS Dynamics GP 2016, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Order Processing and Budgeting;
  10. Provide customer focused expert level assistance with Quadrant Workforce, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and Quadrant Self Service (QSS); and
  11. Collaborate with all stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address all issues and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
